list_hubs()

List the hubs the service is holding open.

Returns:

Type	Description
list[HubInfo]	The connected hubs, and the id of the one a command with no
str | None	hub named would act on. That is the chosen hub when it is
tuple[list[HubInfo], str | None]	connected, and otherwise whichever hub would answer
tuple[list[HubInfo], str | None]	instead; chosen_hub reports the choice itself.
