chosen_hub()

Report the chosen hub without changing it.

Asked of hub.list rather than of hub.use, which would be the tidier place for it. A service outlives the install that started it, so a client is quite likely to be talking to yesterday's: an older hub.use reads a request with no hub in it as a request to forget the chosen one, and a question that silently answers by throwing away the answer is not a question worth asking. An older hub.list merely omits the field.
